Prof. Carrasco has more than 30 years of experience in the Pharma sectors, developing open and in-company training programs for all the major Pharma firms established in Latin America. In his 15 years as a practitioner, he worked in operations and top management positions in Schering Plough and Sanofi with local and regional responsibilities. He has lectured for more than 20 years in different Universities in Latin America and Spain. This 3 module program will develop for participants the knowledge and skills to:
a) Apply the fundamental concepts of Quality and Lean Managemen to the manufacturing processes from the selection of suppliers to the distribution of the finished product.
b) Be exposed to best practices and compliance for facilities management and equipment in order to guarantee the optimal quality of pharmaceutical production.
c) Will able to identify the significant elements to design and evaluate an organizational structure oriented to Quality Assurance and Lean Manufacturing.
